Mind Your Own Business!

in #business7 years ago

I have been up literally all night fighting another cold or flu, and for whatever reason (maybe the fever lol) I started evaluating my path to SUCCESS! I work from home and I began to wonder why things sometimes take longer than they should. I ended up watching Toni Robbins documentary "I Am Not Your Guru" and I realized that I had been depending to much on other people to build my business for me! I was spending so much time mentoring and coaxing a team that really didn't seem to care if they succeeded or not and I found myself not being productive in MY OWN BUSINESS!

It really doesn't matter what business or task we take on in life, it is our own personal responsibility to achieve our goals. My business is helping other people succeed in business and through their success brings me success also but not everyone wants to do what is require in order to gain a better financial future. I am willing to help anyone who is willing to put in the effort to better their situation and it gives me great satisfaction to see that happen, but when someone is not willing to take action then my time is better spent somewhere else.

Success is a choice! nobody owes us anything! and in most cases it is a dog eat dog world sad to say. If you depend on others for the outcome of your future, I am afraid you will be greatly disappointed. We all have our own dreams and we cannot expect others to feel the passion that we feel because those dreams are not theirs. It doesn't mean they are wrong or less of a person, it means they are an individual with a different view for their life.

At the end of the day we have to take responsibility for what we want and just GO GET IT! don't worry about what the next guy does, if he sees your success and want's to learn how he can do the same thing then great but if he doesn't then just stay your coarse and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!

A teacher of mine once asked me: "You know what's the best ground fertilizer?"
I said: "No"
He said: "The best fertilizer is the owner's footprints!"
Meaning that when the owner is on the field everything goes right but the moment he turns his back on it is the same moment that everything can fall apart...

I would agree 100%. Robert Kiasaki says "Mind Your Business". Same thing you are saying. Have you considered getting back to the trapping. You have a learned skill that many do not have, and many of us would like to learn. I still want to do some extensive training videos with you. Heck, I could use some coyote trapping right now. I have 6 sheep in a fenced in area, which I am sure a coyote could figure out how to get in if they wanted too, and need to get rid of them. Maybe if you guys get to feeling better soon, we could do something.

Great saying. I will remember that one.

Yes i havent had a lot of time with my moms health but i definately want to get out there again.
