Thoughts from an entrepreneur
Life always throws you some situations that will appear as limitations. I call these limitations curveballs. Rather than allow a curveball knock you out, your responsibility is to straighten it and convert it into a valuable asset. To do this, you will need the wisdom to identify the opportunities and the strength to bootstrap and develop custom fit solution.
The converse side is that your solutions may not fit 100% into the opportunity. At this stage, all you need to do is to trust your process.
Everything in life prepares you for something. When an opportunity comes your way, your response goes a long way to determine our life uses that opportunity for good or ill.
Look at the events in your early years and see how they have impacted on where you are today. There are always pointers in our early years so where we will end up, but we often miss the signs.
It is difficult to have 100% certainty of success before we set out on a business venture which is why you must just do it.
Apprenticeship is an aspect of business that is too hastily overlooked. All too often people do not take the time to learn their craft properly or to learn all it takes to succeed before jumping into their own business ventures. To be successful in business, you must be willing to pay the price and sometimes the price can be quite high. I am a firm believer in apprenticeship.
Never be afraid to take a step that has the potential to launch you into greatness even if there is a possibility of failure.
The big things are always hidden in the small....
