My #1 tip

Passion: Any great, strong, powerful emotion, especially romantic love or hate (i.e the dictionary definition of passion by the English dictionary). Let passion be your number one, always have something to motivate you like a driving force. Never quit, even when it seems impossible.

#2

Find solution: If you must be a good entrepreneur, then you should always be able to think. But don't only be the thinker and not the doer. Always give it a try when you think. Think and discover the solutions of problems around you then find a way to solve it. You can find solutions by reading books, on the internet, sharing your problems with who you think that is above (Remember the saying a problem shared is a problem solved), etc

#3

Always have a plan: Before you go to work everyday always mark out plans for that day. Yes, I said plans and not plan. That is in case one fails, another stands.

#4

Always be enthusiastic to learn: Never fail to learn from others. Always seek advices from people who are already successful entrepreneurs. Read their article, be around them.

#5

Don't fear risk: Never be overwhelmed with fear. Because another failed, as a result you doubt your success that is not so.

#6

Apply division of labor: In your business always know the fact that you alone cannot do all things, have staffs to work for you where you cannot be able to cover.

#7

Listen to complaints: This is a very important idea to adhere to strictly. Always give room for complaints as it will enable you identify where corrections are to be made.

You might have customers who are interested in your product or service, but if you don’t listen to their complaints, you soon will have no customers.

Take your customers seriously, treat their complaints with respect, and listen.

#8
Exceed expectations
If you deliver more than you promised, you’re sure to have satisfied customers, investors, and business partners.

Making promises and not delivering is a quick way to lose your business.

In contrast, successful entrepreneurs exceed expectations.

#9

Focus
The life of a successful entrepreneur can feel scattered and disjointed, but it’s important to limit your time spent multitasking.

Research has shown time and time again that multitasking doesn’t work. Humans aren’t capable of it.

And yes, multitasking includes being distracted by your phone and email tabs. Close them and put them away.
