IBM to spin off one of its unit into seperate public company

IBM means "INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT" says that the move will allow us to focus on hyper cloud growth strategy, moving the campus to a free spin off to the shareholders, should be completed by the end of 2021.
