While planning for the rents of the room, the owner or manager of the hotel/resort should always have a watch over the prices of the of other hotels surrounding it. He should also understand the financial conditions of the tourists visiting the hotel. The rents should be arranged in such a way that in an affordable price tourist will get the best room available in the area. And also from outwards the hotel should be attractive. If all of these are considered then the hotel business will flourish in no time
