SLC S21 Week 4 - Herbal Remedies for Energy, Pain Relief, and Mental Clarity
I hope you all are good and doing well . Today I'm here again with my herbal medicine task and trying to understand new things from the lesson given by @afzalqamar in his amazing lesson "SLC S21 Week 4 - Herbal Remedies for Energy, Pain Relief, and Mental Clarity".
Let's move to the lesson tasks.
Here is a recipe and the benefits to include ashwagandha powder in your energy tea:
Ingredients:
leaf green tea or black tea | 1 tsp |
---|---|
Ashwagandha powder | 1/4 tsp |
Honey | 1 tsp (optional) |
Lemon slices or lemon juice | few drops |
Making:
- Boil the water in a pan add green tea or black tea and boil for 1min.
- Add ashwagandha powder in the tea
- Stir well
- Add honey and lemon to taste, if desired.
Ashwagandha is super active herb, having many benefits:
1. Energy and Endurance : It enhances mental and physical performance.
2. Reduces cortisol levels and anxiety: Due to reduction in cortisol it relief stress of body efficiently.
3. Improves sleep quality: It relaxes body and better sleep.

6. Anti-inflammatory: Due to this property it reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.

Making:
- Mix spices in a bowl.
