No, I have not prepared ice cream ever in past but last month I was thinking to enjoy it in these winters and in these days winters are at their full peak and I have also seen a learning challenge about ice cream making so I decided to prepare it in this challenge.
No, before ice cream I have prepared cake for minimum 5 to 6 times and I think preparing cake is much difficult than ice cream because in my first attempt of making ice cream I don't encounter any significant difficulty in any step so preparing ice cream first time was quite easy for me.

Custard powder | 2 table spoon |
Milk | 2 Glasses |
Dairy cream | 200 ml |
Vanilla essence | 5-6 drops |
Icing sugar | 1 small cup |
Preparation steps |

• In step one I just take custard powder in quantity of two tablespoon and I mix it in one glass cold milk thoroughly so that it may give us a smooth texture.
• In step two I take this milk mixed with custard and add it to saucepan in which milk was boiling.
• I cooked it until it gets thick and gives a creamy texture and most important step is to continuously stirr it because otherwise there can be formation of lumps in custard.
• This is you can see the picture when it was in cooking process and I was checking for thickness and creamy texture of custard so it was not enough creamy that's why I cooked it for 3 minutes more at low flame.
• In this step I am adding vanilla essence drops around 5 to 6 drops or according to your taste because it adds richness of flavours in your ice-cream.
• In step now I am adding dairy cream of 200 ml pack in this custard that I have prepared and then I have added icing sugar 1 small cup in this mixture.
• I mixed all ingredients gently because if I over makes the ingredients then it can give more denser texture.
• This is you can see final texture of ice cream before I keep it in fridge.
• In this step I am just keeping this ice cream batter into plastic transparent tiffen.
• Now let's keep it in fridge for minimum 6 hours and then we will enjoy the ice cream with end result.

This is finally my mango ice cream 🍨 is ready that I am enjoying with family.
Following are the some special tips and advices if you are making ice cream;
• Each ingredient you are using should be fresh and should be pure for giving a good texture at end to your ice cream.
• You should age your ice cream mixture in fridge for some hours so that all flavours may meld with each other.
• You should also avoid over mixing ingredients because it can give you a very denser and icy texture to you as a result.
• You should stir your ice cream after each 30 minutes so that if there are any ice crystals formation you are seeing then you can break it.
