Turkish food is available at your local places?(2pts)

IMG_20250327_141215_559.jpg

In my country Nigeria,we have different eateries that cook international food apart from our Nigerian delicacies, I tried eating pizza and I didn't like it, I don't know if they didn't prepare it well or something since then I have never tested any Turkish food.

We have some Turkish degintries that are working here in Nigeria this made it possible for them to see Turkish food like Döner Kebab, Baklava ,in some restaurants in my country, I can say this two are visibly available in Nigeria apart from shawarma and pizza.

2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Turkish cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe. (4 pts)

preparation.

Mashed beef mince, onion, breadcrumbs,garlic paste,paprika powder,cumin powder,salt,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,coriander powder,baking soda,lemon juice & mashed well till the desired result.

In a bowl, add beef mixture, add fresh parsley & mix well.

With the help of greased hands as seen in the class , I took a small quantity of mixture and make a smooth ball, I pressed it to make a flat patty & tried making finger impressions on both sides (makes 17-18).

Note

I used my mortal to mash the kofta kabobs and then I manually squeezed my lemon juice from the lemon I have at home.

I Greased my frying pan with pure vegetable oil ,added onion, tomatoes, green chillies large & green chillies thin and grill on medium flame until golden (2-3 minutes) & set aside. and serve it with kababs.

In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil and fry kofta kababs on low flame from both sides until brown (6-7 minutes).

Our Nigerian white rice and stew

In Nigeria we have what we call white rice and pepper soup, white rice with sauce, white rice and veggies, white rice with stew , coconut rice and jellof rice. We don't actually have what looks like the recipe I just prepared.

4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Turkish cuisine ?(1pt)

I didn't know that rice can be eaten in this manner, when I was preparing the food I was kind of contemplating what the test will be like, but believe me it was wow.

I have never tested lemon juice in any food, the little test I got from the meat made me looking for more, the natural

Presentation of food matter , 1 mark for good presentation of food.

Remember

I repeated some things just as taught in the class because I did exactly the same thing.

I have come to the end of my homework. I invite @wilmer1988 @inspiracion @goodybest

Bendiciones

Thank you very much my dear friend. Our Nigerian rice and stew is very delicious. But this Turkish food i tried today may probably replace it as time goes on because it's more of natural things.
