SLC-S25/W3-Movie Snapshots|Hidden Gems
Hi friends,
I am Jyoti from India. Here I am going to participate in the SLC S25 W3 contest: https://steemit.com/steem4nigeria/@ruthjoe/slc-s25-w3-movie-snapshots-or-hidden-gems organised by @ruthjoe

SLC-S25/W3- Movie Snapshots| Hidden Gems
Mention 5 lesser-known or underrated movie you have seen before
The film was released in OTT in the same year as it was released. I think the main reason for this is that the Don team has already done many films and they are already opposing their successors in almost all the films.✅
The film vividly describes the educational Scam and corruption in Bihar state in India while also emphasizing how much honest people have to struggle to achive high grade posts.✅
I saw this movie on TV on Star Movies a few years ago and I felt like it should be very popular; the story and imagination were so great and the essence of the story was beautifully adapted into a movie. Now it is available on Netflix. ✅
This is the first time in Tamil cinema that the protagonist fights with cows without muzzles in real life. Kamal, as a creator, has excelled in the screenplay and dialogues. The entire film plays a satirical Tamil role towards Madurai.
Discuss your reasons for saying these movies you have mentioned are lesser known or underrated movies.
Although all the films I mentioned above were successful, they did not earn as much at the box office as expected, and at the same time, they were not talked about among the people like successful films. The ideas and filmmaking in these have impressed me a lot. Especially in the film Kattava, they have recorded the events of a person stranded alone on an island and struggling for life. The hero who plays in it has lived as he is and has shown that he has made small changes to his body and face according to his condition there. They have also shown us in detail how terrible it is to be alone for almost six months in an island.
Talking about the film "12th Fail " the length is very long. If the important scenes had been narrated in a lively manner, it would have been celebrated even more. Despite the slow-moving scenes, 12th Fail was actually a film that everyone should go to the theater to watch. Now it has been released on the OTT platform such as Netflix or amazon prme.
What do you think can be done to make these movies better known or valued more.
Some movies, even though the story and plot are very good, do not appeal to the audience. If the story, music, screenplay, violent scenes, songs, dances, etc. are in balance, then the audience will be entertained, which is what the audience expects.
Let's talk about the movie. Virumaandi, the screenplay, is very new to Tamil cinema fans. The screenplay moves on three levels. The story travels on three different levels: Kothala Thevar's view, Virumaandi's view, and the fans' perspective. Different faces of the storytellers are revealed in each perspective.
Similarly, the film "Ayla: The Daughter of War", although it was widely considered to be the best film of year 2017, was not a film that satisfied the audience and did not collect as much as Hollywood films. Similarly, in some places, I think the entertainment was a little lacking because the film was a documentary.
