You worked on a nice idea with Ginger company trying to crack the recipe of Mango company and they even succeeded doing that.
I see a couple of shortcomings how Ginger executed their plan. For instance a company having 30k employs manufacturing a food product protects their formula under "patent, copyright and trade secret act" and if someone copies their formula is liable to be sued. Besides cleaners are not allowed to enter in formulation section of big companies with secret formulas but the chief chemist does it himself. But undoubtedly you worked well on your story.
