It's my personal story of the times when last year I was doing internship in a hospital situated near my home where all doctors at duty complained about updating different facilities in hospital so at that time there was a well known doctor whose name was Doctor Sidra and she was facing a challange to revamp outdated facilities of hospital.

Doctor Sidra being a senior doctor made a team where a project manager Madam Idea was appointed for tackling all problems about this project.So finally they started conducting meetings on it.

There was Dr Hamza and Mr Ahmad who devised a detailed plan in which it was decided for assessing infrastructure of hospital which was existing,to design facilities in a more modern way as well as to reduce disruptions while caring patients.

Mr Ahmad was appointed as leader of project team and he make sure timely repairing, preventive measures for controlling infectious diseases as well as to make staff pro in using modernised equipments and machinery.

On other hand Dr Hamza have a deep outlook at medicinal aspects in which he was appointed to update operations theaters, intensive care units, making sure the implementation of electric records of patients health as well as to improve amenities of patients.

After all that a progress meeting was conducted in which Dr Hamza asked that Dr Sidra how the process of renovating progresses.Mr Ahmad also responded positively by telling that new intensive care unit is almost ready,at which Dr Hamza appreciated all of them by saying that patient comfort and satisfaction is our priority and closed the discussion in this way.

At last as a result revamping of hospital was resounding success.Presence of new equipments and modernized facilities make patient care and satisfaction more enhanced.Dr Hamza expert opinion in medicinal field and Mr Ahmad project managing skills and expertise combined together for delivering excellency in patient satisfaction and in making the project successful.

Reputation of hospital soared and attracted more patients from different regions.Finally Dr Hamza and Mr Ahmad teamwork played a great role in transformation of health care among not only people of area but all community of surrounding regions.

In conclusion this real world story that I experienced personally is showing case impactful collaboration amongst health care professionals, paramedics and project managers to drive a positive change in world of health.
