Hi guys,

After a nice holiday in Bulgaria back in a cold Holland. We had such nice salads in Bulgaria that we want to make them at home as well. The vegetables over there were so delicious and tasty and healthy....so let's give it a try. The most famous salads in Bulgaria are the Shopska and Shepard salad...
