BTRC says 80m Bangladeshis use internet

The number of total internet users in the country is now 80,166,000, according to Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

On Wednesday, the BTRC released its statistics updated till the end of November.
According to the data, 7.47 crore people use mobile internet.
Besides, the number of mobile phone users stands at 143,106,000.
Of the mobile subscribers, Grameenphone has 6.4959 crore while Robi 4.1397 crore, Banglalink 3.2330 crore and Teletalk has 0.4419 crore.
