The UK government buried the Westminster sex ring a few years ago over childrens homes. There is evidence that in the 80's Thatcher personally ordered the cover up of sexual abuse and police and media investigating it had visits from secret services that took away all information. Saville was a personal friend of Thatcher and as such got access to abuse people because of that.
