This video from Sargon reminded me of an old joke from the 80's

What's the difference between a perfect utopia and a perfect dystopia? In utopia, all policemen are Britons, all chefs are Frenchmen, and all engineers are Germans. In dystopia, all policemen are Germans, all chefs are Britons, and all engineers are Frenchmen.

This joke is unfortunately outdated, as the polite bobby meme has been replaced by the tyrannical officer who constantly asks you whether you have a license for whatever you are currently doing. Today, we should rather say in dystopia, all policemen are Britons, all chefs are Britons, and all engineers are...well...Britons.

Something must has gone horribly wrong since the 80's.
