Exhale
This is the first in a two-part series. . I betcha can't guess what the second part is!
Awareness of our breathing is one of the most valuable habits we can form for ourselves.
A nice good exhale will allow for built up stale air within our system to get flushed, allowing for toxins and stress to be released while providing space for new and fresh oxygen from the upcoming inhale.
