It gets relatively dry, unlike most Keto Breads around. Also the taste is not eggy at all, at least in comparison with other popular keto bread recipes like keto connect's perfect almond bread (that one is like eating egg-flavored bread haha). The only downside is that it's relatively expensive, 100 grams of Psyllium Husk is not exactly cheap where I come from, but that's the case with a lot of decent keto foods.
