Actually, @mrhill, I like where these shower thoughts lead. :)

I think both Brave and BAT need to do something, and soon, to become more widely used, but then, I've been thinking the same thing about STEEM, too. I like their concept, but it just doesn't seem to have traction. Amazon being thrown into the mix, though, that would certainly upend things one way or the other.

In this scenario, though, I probably shouldn't bring up decentralization, right? :) Still, that's interesting about the potential for velocity loss. I do actually have some BAT I got from Coinbase when I went through their tutorial videos, and on the Brave browser, that I've yet to figure out who's actually authorized to receive them that I actually care to give them to.
