PTOY will be used for keeping medical records secure, XRP will facilitate immediate internatonal trade transactions, and you can simply google or yahoo search the other coins to locate their whitepapers for review. be mindful of the development teams, as they are key in determining a bogus ICO versus a tried and experienced group of professionals who have accomplished sucessfull blockchain startups.
