"HAVE YOU SEEN THE AGATE MINE?"😀............ NORTHWEST ADVENTURES! 😀

“Have you seen the Agate Mine?”😊
This was the normal greeting from one of our neighbors daughters, every time we passed her hiking up our road…….🙄
Honestly, neither one of us really took Tracey seriously, she had a serious drug problem……………..
I decided that with the Sun back today, I would hike up to the Agate outcropping and take a look!☺️
Time has a way of reclaiming what man has diligently worked……..
The hillside to the left in the second photo is heavily loaded with the Agates you see in the first photo!
After a covering of Fall Big Leaf Maple leaves, unless you look closely, you wouldn’t even know a plethora of Agates are hidden just below!😇
For some reason this Agate “Mine” was extremely important to Tracey………..
Liz and I always exchanged pleasantries, that seemed to be as much as she wanted or needed to interact with anyone.
It has been two years now, since Tracey overdosed on heroin……. at the young age of 49 years old……😮
No one has moved these two Agates, that were probably dug out of the hillside by Tracey. Very few people hike this secluded trail……….
I snapped a photo, and left the Agates alone……….I know that would have been important to Tracey!😍
Till tomorrow Silvertop Mike😊
