Equipment Review on the Bass Pro Shops Redhead Toxic Compound Bow

The Redhead Toxic Compound Bow is not a new Bow on the market but it is a tried and true Bow. I have used this Bow for several seasons until I had a life changing event that had kept me out of God's Great Outdoors for a few years but that is a story for another time.

What can I say about this Bow? When I got this Bow out of the package I made a few modifications to it. The first was the sight. I put on a Tropht Ridge Vertical 5 Pin sight on. The second modification I did was change the arrow rest from the factory install to a whisker biscuit. The next modification I did was the peep sight. I changed it to a string peep sight. Once all these modifications were completed I was able to keep consistent groups @ 20,40, 60 yards.

This Bow has remained accurate even when it had remained untouched for two years after my stroke. When I took it ok and started shooting again to prepare for Bow season it still was dead on.

Out in the Field this Bow will take a licking and keep on ticking. I have been down clean cliffsides with this and up tree stands with this Bow and it still shoots straight.

Like this Bow needs fine tuning to do its job properly so do we also. If we are are Christian we must be in Word of God daily to be able to grow and work for the Lord effectively.
