After reading this, my trust on those bid bots went down from 100% to 54%. Good job in finding this, I've always thought it was less because a sneaky huge bid was at put on at the last minute.
Yes, you're also right. Most of the time it is the last-minute bid which cause harm to all bidders in the pool. It seems like they still do not well understand the game rules.
