My Journey to 200kg Deadlifts

I remember those days back in 2011 when I was competing as a fitness athlete, training my ass off...

One of my "little" dreams was always to be strong enough to deadlift 200kg (440 pounds).

It never happened. I could not lift more than 165kg (363 pounds) although I was full of why protein powder, workout boosters and many other things.

7 years later, as a raw vegan (5 years vegan, 2 years raw vegan) I found out that I am strong enough to try it again.

Well people think that without any supplements and without enough protein I could never do it!

You know what? I will proof them wrong!

by the way this video is from last week, I did 185kg (407 pounds)

today I did 190kg 2 times....
