People definetly need to lift weights more, At one point I lost 40 pounds, I was lifting boxes every night, Drinking lots of protein shakes, and taking a wide range of vitamins. In addition to energy supplements.
I feel like it's hard to get in these habits at first, But once you fully adjust it's much easier and worth it in the long run.
Yeah! it is like automated after a few weeks. Glad for your achievements :)
