BLURT consensus now exists within ZeroTier VPN

Under fire from a Spam Attack, the consensus was shifted to a private VPN network.

The witnesses made the switch and have now protected the network from the attack vector.

During this process all UI's (front-ends) and RPC nodes were taken down.

The RPC nodes will be put up in a safe manner within the next 24 hours, and then the UI's will be back up!

The discord link is not working. Do you have one that works? I am trying to find out info on what's going on but all I get is this post and a bunch of negative stuff from some users who have a history of overreacting and are banned from the discord.
