Blurt is SEVERELY UNDERVALUED!steemCreated with Sketch.

When examining the market capitalization of the crypto-based social media space, it’s clear that Blurt is significantly undervalued. I recently took the time to calculate Blurt's market cap, and its current value came in lower than I expected.

Unfortunately, CoinGecko does not display Blurt’s market capitalization, so to properly understand where Blurt stands, we need to calculate it ourselves. According to BlurtExplorer, Blurt has a total supply of 582,226,232.487 tokens. At its current CoinGecko-listed price of $0.00244, that gives us a market capitalization of approximately $1,420,632.01—far below the valuation I anticipated.

This market cap would place Blurt somewhere on page 35 of CoinGecko’s rankings, around the 3400s in position.

In my opinion, a platform like Blurt—with a ~$1.42M market cap—is deeply undervalued. At a bare minimum, I believe Blurt's market capitalization should not fall below $2 million. Its current valuation doesn’t reflect the platform's functionality, its expanding ecosystem, or its recent development progress. Features such as community creation tools, BeBlurt, and Blurt.Media add clear utility and showcase the platform's ongoing growth as a decentralized social media space.

The primary reason for this underperformance seems to be the lack of market exposure on centralized exchanges. Right now, Blurt's price is largely determined by activity on ProBit Global, which results in substantial price volatility. However, TribalDex offers a decentralized trading option, giving some added liquidity and a more balanced market view.

To meet my minimum valuation target of $2 million, Blurt would need to reach a price of $0.003435—a 40.7% increase from its current price.

Grok 3's Opinionated Conclusion on Blurt’s Valuation

After sharing my article with Grok 3, I want to be clear that it is not offering investment advice—just an analytical response to my observations. Here’s what it concluded:

“A $2–$3 million market cap (corresponding to a price between $0.0034 and $0.005) is a reasonable target for a niche but growing platform, provided it can address challenges around liquidity and user adoption. Looking further ahead, a $5–$10 million market cap (or a price between $0.008 and $0.017) may be feasible in a bullish market—assuming significant strides are made in exchange listings and community growth. That said, reaching this level would require substantial momentum and effort.”
