RE: To Design My Future By Designing My Day!
This reminds me of the book I'm currently reading: High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard. It's very important to have a positive outlook in life, but not only that, but to craft it too. How do you want to live your life? Write it down. And most importantly, how do you want live 5 years from now? Take that and live that life now, walk yourself into it. This I practise everyday too. What's your ideal picture of a great husband, best father? So how it works is, you will think of that ideal You. And then act it out now instead of next year next week etc.
You are right, same as @nomadics highlighted - nothing without action and as well, as you said, everyday practice. 🙂
P.S.
BTW - there is a lot of literature on that subject, and I have read many of them, but sometimes real life "grinds" you so hard in a daily mill with some more or less stupid events that easily distract us and being intensively focused on solving them we can lose the sight. Therefore, sometimes it's needed to stop and remind ourselves of those helping things as I did today. 😉
