The Indonesian government is very keen in promoting Raja Ampat as one of the best tourist destinations in addition to Bali, Lake Toba, Yogyakarta, Nias or Komodo island. Raja Ampat is potential because it has adequate facilities, including on diving of which it has option with full facilities. The local government too provides appropriate lodging.
