It suggests a tremendous amount of work and healing behind it, as well as of course, your capacity to forgive. Yup, agree that the only way out is through disengagement....not feeding the beast through succumbing to the energies of Fear and Control at any level. This possibilty is always open to us as individuals without needing to wait for anyone else!
