How to remove blackheads? Effective
It is essential to clean the face in the morning and at night to clean the pores. When you manage to eliminate the black spots, keep this routine so that they do not appear again.
They are a nightmare, because removing black dots is not always easy ... It seems that they "stick" in the nose (mainly) and that they will never come out. And not only are they present in the faces of women, but also in men's faces, although they usually do not give them that much importance.
The prevention or elimination of black spots is not an easy task: if you want to eradicate them, you must have a lot of patience and avoid them becoming outbreaks in a certain area.
What are black dots?
Those famous and unsightly dots that appear in certain areas, such as the nose, chin, cheeks or around the lips, are dead cells, "mixed" with sebum. They look dark because of the oxidation that occurs when they make contact with the surface.
They are not always related to acne (unlike what is believed), but also to the excess production of fat on the skin. Therefore, they tend to be more frequent in the hot months.
Black spots do not appear only during adolescence. If you have a skin that produces too much sebum and also do not clean it well, there are more chances of it appearing. Eliminating them requires time and dedication, but above all, patience.
It is vital that you maintain a routine of cleaning your face both during the day and at night. If you perspire too much, do not remove the makeup before sleeping or do not wash your face with plenty of water, when you get off the street, it is more likely to appear black spots.
According to your type of skin you will need more or less washings. Remember that once you have managed to eliminate black spots, you must continue to maintain that routine so that they do not appear again. Try to have your pores clean and "closed". For this you have to wash your face with cold water every day.
How to remove black points in a simple way
There are several methods to eliminate black spots from your face and look excellent. Here we present the most effective and popular tricks to combat this problem:
Glue
Buy a glue (one of those used at school, that is not toxic). Spray your face with hot water or place a wet towel. Then apply the glue on the areas where the black dots are.
Wait until it dries completely. When it is hard, remove it as if it were a ribbon. If you turn it, you will see that there are all the roots of the dots.
Steam
The second alternative is to take advantage of the bathroom and remove them one by one. Warm the skin of the face with the water of the shower so that the pores expand.
If you press slowly and gently, they will come out alone, although they must be shallow for it. A good option is to use a hair clip to remove them, once they "poke" through the skin. This way you will avoid the marks.
Exfoliants
Use a gentle scrub (can be a homemade or purchased mask) to remove all dead cells. When cleaning the skin, dry it well, giving soft blows with a towel. Place a wet compress for about 10 minutes to soften the black spots. Dry well.
Weapon small balls of cotton and place one on each end of your fingers: they will not slide down your face and will not mark your skin. Apply a gentle pressure until they come out.
Brush and toothpaste
This method requires a toothbrush that you will no longer use and toothpaste. Apply the paste as if it were to brush your teeth. Wet the brush and your face with warm water.
Every day, before going to sleep for a few minutes, brush gently in the area where the black dots are. Then sterilize the brush with boiling water, although you only use it for this purpose. Wash your face thoroughly and apply a moisturizer.
Cleansing lotion
Prepare a lotion with lime juice, almond oil and glycerin in equal parts. Apply it on your face every day at night and let it act at least 15 minutes. Then wash your face with warm water. This way you will be able to eliminate black spots and also reduce the spots on the face.
Egg
Beat an egg white and apply it all over the face, but mainly in the areas where the black dots are formed. Place two sheets of toilet paper or paper napkins and wait one hour before it dries properly, that is, when the paper is hard.
Remove it gently. Rinse the entire face with warm water. Dry without rubbing.
Oil and toothpaste
Rinse your face with warm or hot water so that the pores open. Then place a little olive or almond oil in the corner of the towel. Add toothpaste on top. Apply gently, but firmly, on the nose or in the area where you have black dots.
Massage in circles. If you see it necessary, you can repeat the mixture. Wait 5 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Water and soap
Heat a towel with the stove or with boiling water. Without being burned, place it on your face for ten minutes, until it cools. Wash your face with warm water with a neutral soap. Rinse with cold water to close the pores and apply a moisturizer that does not contain oils.
Then apply alcohol and massage for five minutes. Rinse
