30DAYS Music Challenge day 15: One of us, ABBA
I grew up with the music of Abba (besides a lot of symphonic rock) , my mother was a big fan of Abba so Abba was a lot on our speakers at home. I still listen every now and than to Abba cause they really did made some great timeless music... This song (one if us) is a great song with a lot of emotion, but most of all (haha) I love the bassline of the song. It sounds like an easy line but don't let it fool you, it is a well arranged basslin. But like I said, Abba has made a lot of great songs which people still know today....
Great choice, grew up with Abba and still love them even though it became 'uncool' to like them back in the day.
Back in the day it was more of an guilty pleasure indeed :) I'm now listening a playlist full of Abba, and it sounds like it never been away :) Great productions!!
I love ABBA. My mom listened to it when I was little. And when I hear their songs, it brings up sweet memories :) Especially the song Happy New Year
Happy New Year...ahhh. Great song with indeed sweet memories, it it still the number one 'new years song' for me..
