13 Reasons Why - Tony

where do I even begin with Tony?! He was just.. so.. perfect. An absolute angel. I could stare into his eyes until i drowned in my own tears. He's so beautiful. So sweet. It hurts.

He takes care of Clay, tried to take care of Hannah, plus his car is his baby. He's brave and into rock climbing, standing up to bullies and beating up dudes who mess with his loved ones. A little intimidating but he has a good heart and doesn't want people to be hurt, unless they deserve it. Even after her death he wants to make Hannah happy. Even though it doesn't seem right, he tries to fulfil her wishes and make sure everyone else does too.

I'm not sure why he was so mysterious and borderline creepy, just following Clay around and all his responses being cryptic, but I don't even mind. You know right from the start he is a good person. Then later on when he has moments where he was just real and raw. Crying about what happened with Hannah, explaining his troubles to his boyfriend, deciding he wants to make things right. He hints at having a rough life and struggles but he is trying to make the most of his life. Tony has a better grasp on reality than any of the other characters, and teenagers in general.

He is Clay's guardian angel, and wishes he could have been Hannah's too.
