Hey @jasonrussel, it's pretty simple: you send 1 STEEM to @steembasicincome, and as a memo you say '@usernameofsomeonecool'. Both you (as a sender of the STEEM) and the person you wrote in the memo will then get upvotes from steembasicincome or sbi1/2/10 etc. Now, of course if you only have 1 'share' they might be rare or small upvotes, but you can slowly grow over time.
