Dont stress about your UA score too much, you are too new here for it to have any impact or thats my theory. It appears to be related to length of account and number of followers, just a hunch.

The votes it dishes out appear to be handled by the quality of your post too. A friend of mine who is more highly ranked doesn't get bigger votes than me.
