Putin Explains Why He's So Polite When West and MSM are Demonising Him

I came across this short video explaining a topic I had also noticed.

If you read the Putin translations, he uses the word "partners" for foreign countries. His Foreign Minister (who does speak English) uses the same word.

BTW if you don't know, MSM means "main stream media.
