So... Serbia pivots East?.... (Russian S-400 to Serbia!)

As is said here, Russia understands the Balkans, NATO does not.

Russia defending someone in the Balkans will stabilise the region & largely give Serbia immunity from any NATO attack. US airforce stays clear of any S400!
