Pancit Bihon Gisado
Biho gisado
Ingredients:
Bihon rice noodles
Shrimp
Squidball
Kikiam
Pork
Chicken liver
Cabbage
Baguio Pechay
Carrots
Sayote
Baguio beans
Onion
Garlic
Black ground pepper
Soy Sauce
Ginisa Mix
Cooking Oil
Soup Stock
Preparation:
1.) Wash the Shrimp, Pork, Chicken Liver,
2.)Remove the skin of the Shrimp and slice into small pieces
3.) Cut the pork into strips
4.)Slice the chicken liver into bite size
5.)Slice the Kikiam, Squid balls into small pieces diagonally
6.)cut the carrots .05cmx.05cmx1inch strips
7.) cabbages. Cut .5inchx2inches
8.)Baguio Pechay cut 5inchx2inches
9.)sayote Cut .05cmx05cmx1inch
10.)Baguio Beans cut into slant strips
11.)chop the garlic into minched
12.)chop the onion into ginisa size
Cooking Procedures:
1.) Open the Gas stove
2.) Heat the Wok
3.) put 50 grams cooking oil
4.) put the garlic saute to become golden brown
5.)put the onion saute for a minute
6.)add all meat ingredients saute again
7.)add 100 grams soy sauce , 1 tablespoon ground pepper
8.)add the 100 grams ginisa mix saute
9.)add 800 grams soup stock make them boiled
10.)put the 400 grams Bihon Rice Noodles cover it wait for a while and add all vegetables saute until it becomes dry
When cooking Bihon gisado are done
place in the plate for dine-in, or at styrofoam if the order is take-out
