How are you using your votes? are you voting wisely?

in #blog7 years ago (edited)

This is my first week on Steemit and i've been finding out a lot on how this platform works, let's start off with the up-vote. Your up-vote has value determined by your steem power and the more you use your up votes the value of it goes down. I'm not saying not to vote, im just saying don't vote so much. The recommended votes per day is 20, you can find out how many times you voted on SteemitStats. Check link below.

There you will be able to see more information about your blog like recent activity.

Check your incoming and outgoing votes, posts comments and reply's.

All this is great for seeing who votes for you and how much is being rewarded. You can also see your latest transactions between users. Try out SteemStats and monitor your activity on your blog. And don't forget to vote wisely.

Nice picture, thanks for information and very very good

@mrblock

Your welcome and thanks.

There's quite a bit you learn about upvoting. Steemit is one of those platforms where you learn as you go. The more you interact the more you learn about what others are doing. Yet you won't learn till you work through the site. It's interesting.

@mrblock, oh yes this platform has a massive learning curve! I myself use Steemd.com & Steemstats.com every time I log in to Steemit. Once you know the rules, should blogging be easy and profits maximized. Still struggling and learning all the rules myself!
Now the next step should be to build up followers that actually interact with your posts. Those that actually use one of the 11 or 20 votes they have per day, not to run the voting power down too much. How do you do that? That's the million Steem question... @darnscotty
