Well it wouldn't be a proper HF without something exploding...
Writing this post with my fingers crossed that it will actually show up. This downtime of Steem has really messed with me a bit. I don't have any concern that these problems will get fixed, but it made me realize how much of my day is consumed with looking at stuff on Steem.
If for whatever reason, Steem just disappeared tomorrow, I think I'd be devastated, and not about the money, it's become a part of my life and daily routine. If I'm keeping it totally real, I think it represents hope for me. I have this dream of tons of people using this blockchain and it becoming a major force in the world. There are so many problems I think it could solve and it's weird to imagine none of that happening.
They say you shouldn't become emotionally invested in your investments. I see now that I'm a lost cause. I'm super emotionally invested and all I can do is try not to get emotionally invested in anything else.
In other news, that snowy mountains tutorial I did where at the beginning I invited people Steem is doing pretty well. It's now got over 500 views. Unfortunately if anyone sees it and tries to sign up to Steem, they'll be catching up with our pants down. 😒
Oh well, just gotta keep Steemin. How are you all getting through the great Steem downing?
@midlet I just hope this upgrade to hardfork 21 stabilizes, because I'm still yet to understand it though. I have been unable to post, even my steem has been going off and on! Sometimes it goes off completely and later comes back...

Apparently it was a rogue transaction, those things have always been what ground things to a halt every hardfork XD

@midlet, For sure Downtime period was tough because as you said Steem became part of life and routine stuff. Let's hope that day will come when masses will explore Steem Blockchain.

I just traveled to Doha, Qatar and I thought that problem with steemit was with Qatari rules. I thought that they banned steemit and everything to do with blockchain, because they can't control it. Obviously I was wrong and it was just normal HF glitch.

lol, same boat over here. I spend arguably too much time on here, and the break in the chain the other day showed me that.
Congrats on the views! That's great man, I'm proud of you. Hopefully Steem will recover stronger, what's that old saying about things that don't kill you, etc. etc.? :^)
