Carepackage.....

Since our sons live so far away from us. They are up north in Europe, and we are in south Asia, we don't get to see each other that often.
I truly miss the hugs, the smiles, and just being under the same roof as them.
So, this is what I do to feel a part of their life and feeling close.
It gives them a very similar feeling.
We ARE close as a family, and internet is a wondrous thing.
Skype is one of my best friends in this.

This package I hope will make it just in time for Easter. In Sweden where they are, they don't do Easter bunnies, they do an Easter which. If I could ride a broom, I would go and visit.

Now you probably wonder why I would send cans of tuna fish?
It's simple. Malaysia's ayyam brand of tuna fish is, by far, the best tuna fish in the World. Our older son knows this, and he has asked if I could send some.
He will make THIS from a can;

Tuna fish casserole!

He will cook rice, close to finished.
He will spread this in an oven safe dish.
Add a can of tuna fish on top of the rice.
Whip whipping cream until it starts to thicken.
Add chili pepper and ketchup to the cream. The ketchup will thicken the cream so it's important not to whip it too thick.
Spread the cream mixture on top of tuna fish.
Cover with grated cheese.
In to oven, 225 C for about 20 minutes, or until cheese has a nice color.
