Ideal Vision Customer Service

Ideal Vision has always been my preferred optical service provider ever since. It was in this clinic where I first learned about my colorblindness. I remember how my heart crushed the first time the doctor diagnosed me with this condition. But this isn't a sad story.

Years after, through the help of my beloved friends, I finally have my enchroma glasses! Seeing colors for the first time was awesome. Unfortunately my glasses are a size bigger. We went to Ideal Vision at Sm City, Cebu to ask for help.

We were expecting for expensive fees. But the store specialist attended to us very well. She provided us with options. But instead of pushing for sales and taking as much money as they can from our pockets, they led us to what is best. They end up adjusting the frame for us for free!

I've never seen customer service as genuine as this. Thank you Ideal Vision. You made my life more colorful.
