Today's meal (clockwise): Saag Paneer (cheese cubes cooked in cream spinach, Indian dish), chicken curry, pancit (Filipino noodle dish), and rotisserie chicken.

Not pictured: Frozen yogurt, handful of chocolate-covered almonds, one vanilla wafer stick, and two glass bottles of water.

Top-left: Multi-vitamins

Consumed between 12:30-1:30pm.
