Update: Mild Sunburn from last week (Skins peel off)
I got a sunburnt last week because i was outdoor bbq for 4-5 hours.
I never really thought it was a big deal—until it happened to me this time. When I was little, I spent a lot of time outdoors and honestly don’t remember ever using sunscreen. But this experience has been a clear reminder: we really need to be careful about overexposure to the sun.
The neck area tends to get burnt as it is usually covered by cloth. The skin got red.
and peeling in a few days.
Scientists say no more than 30 mins a day. Moderate sunshine help body with Vitamin D.
But sunburn increases the risks of skin cancel. Especially the weakened magnetic field of the earth in recent years (through the running pole shift) causes more harmful raditions to go through.
