Trade with what? If only between SBD and Steem, use internal market. But if going out, use bittrex.
Steem to eth. Sorry for the unfinished question. I used poloniex and tried bittrex but both only allowed steem to btc. I'm still learning though.
Then BTC to ETH again. No choice. It's not a major crypto in the market.

Well? Not exactly. Post payout that is below 4 dollars has a huge penalty. Neither Hive nor Steem able to give me that now. So, all my work is on a discounted price tag. LOL
