You have a minor grammatical mistake in the following sentence:
I was reassured by an Osteopathic MD that I could use the RICE method Rest Ice Compression Elevation for a couple of weeks and take anti-inflammatory medications and that it would likely heal on it's own.It should be its own instead of it's own.
