Crypto Surfing 7/2/2018 (Market Rebound, hedging, enjin coin)

--morning--

today and yesterday my holdings have gone up! things are looking green and most news i am hearing is that a lot of projects are making developmental progress towards their goals. everything seems positive!

--Market rebound--

my coin tracking portfolio is looking stronger every day! i am once again imagining what ill be selling off later this year. i am think all my vertcoin and half my litecoin. i want to try to make back what i put into the market to begin with so i wont feel the heat so bad when the market crashes. after seeing a picture this morning of a mining farm in china that was flooded out i think i am even more positive i want to sell off my POW coins. not because they are bad projects... but the consensus method is just too physical and able to be compromised by events like this.

--hedging--
so a few days ago i was feeling the blues... i felt like i was just going to continue to lose money... so i did something i may not should have done. i took the scraps of some eth and btc leavings on an exchange and sold to usdt to hedge while the market continued downward. i set a pretty low buy order around 5000 and 300ish etc... for btc and eth respectively... ha i am almost sad to see the market recover but in a way i am also relieved. i will probably buy back in if i see the market recovery continue

--enjin coin--

i need to read more about enjin coin but i hear an awful lot about it. whenever i hear about DLC type games enjin coin is always talked about. especially when people talk about buying and selling intangible videogame items. i come from a generation where when you bought a game... it was static. you got the whole thing and you could save a game and that was the record of your achievement... now you can buy items in the game to help you do better, or change the style of your character for online games. i honestly think it is all a big racket, reducing the quality of games over all, but i can see why people want to do these things.... it is very american/consumer economic pivoted... but i get it...consume, consume consume, everything is disposable. anyway enjin coin is the #1 project i hear about when this kind of market place is discussed... i'm just not sure if it is re4ally any better than "farm bucks".

--facebook rumors--

i heard some rumors that facebook was trying to buy coinbase... but i think that is nonsense. i think facebook stock isnt doing to hot and its just a ruse. facebook might be in a bit of a dip atm and they want to stoke the share holders. i also heard facebook wants to start their own crypto project, which i think is highly likely. they also allowed crypto ads on their site again, which they banned late last year.
