What is the Reason Behind Overthinking and Practical Methods that Counter it..!

Social anxiety takes many forms and one of them is overthinking and overanalyzing everything that happens to you.
If you are a person who has ever dealt with this issue, then you understand that overthinking can really become a tiresome struggle after a while.
Analyzing everything from rather unnecessary perspectives not only undermines the point as a whole, but it also gives way to fallacious and erroneous thoughts.
A lot of people tend to attribute overthinking to cleverness, where in truth, overanalyzing is a sign of thought mania and anxiety.
People who overthink miss the point of an argument, or the objectivity of a perspective, and that is why they can never triumph in the face of life’s challenges.
There are many ways to counter overthinking and I am going to mention some of them in this blog post.
First and foremost, you need to come up with a tight schedule that you will hold true.
Without a schedule, it is easy to get swept away into everything that life has in its sleeves for you.
But with a schedule, you will know what you will have to do in every particular hour of every day.
Get up at the same time every day and eat breakfast!
Eat a nutritious and large breakfast every day at the same time.
If you are an anxious person who tends to overthink everything and you don’t eat food when you wake up, your body over-produces insulin which in turn dries your blood sugar.
That will ruin your metabolism for the rest of the day and make you worse than before.
So, even if you don’t feel like eating, try to eat breakfast and put food in your body when the morning arrives.
Do some exercise on a regular basis.
A lot of us get so drowned in our mundane everyday routines that we forget the first important rule of life: Taking care of our bodies.
People who do not exercise are generally unhappier than people who do. Go to the gym and get some weightlifting done.
The result on your levels of serotonin and dopamine will baffle you in the long term.
Even more important than that is the fact that your body will be much more prepared as opposed to when you do not exercise.
doing all these tasks will regulate your life in ways that you could not possibly imagine.
Anxiousness and overthinking are symptoms of an unhealthy lifestyle and you should begin to immediately counter that with productivity and conscious effort.
Take control of your life by eliminating the ludicrousness of your unhealthy lifestyle!
