Cold it is!

A bone chilling wind is penetrating all the layers off my clothing until the freezing wind is touching my bare skin! I tried to make a significant long detour home after having my daily coffee but the cold was to intense!

As I arrived I knew there was a pot on my stove filled with last nights amazingly good tasting, Chinese Hot & Sour Soup (酸辣汤)it was that with thick mammoth gloves on the stirring in the pot was somewhat uncomfortable, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered taking them off! The soup is an amazing combination of, like in the title, hot and sour flavors! The taste is probably not for all but I love it!

The recipe I took from an chinese cooking site and added somethings, changed sone from darknto light and the most important add on is probably the napa cabbage I cut up and put in! Tofu, little bit off pork chops very thinly sliced, bamboo shoots, Chinkiang black rice vinegar, #doubanjiang(#Pixian chili bean paste) and more!

It’s, like most soups, pretty easy to put together(if you have the proper recipe) only prepping takes some time but it’s all worth the effort! I jumped up and down while snapping the shot of the steaming hot plate of deliciousness and immediately after that it vanished, like in thin air!!
