But healthy and low energy food isn't always the same! So if you want to lose weight, you don't always have to eat healthy!

Sorry, now I'll be supportive.

I'd go with a lot of best fruits, vegetables and berries of the season. You can eat a lot of them and I've never heard of anyone who has got fat by eating a load of fruit.

You would be suprised how easily americans can become obese from just overeating fruits and vegetables LOL we can over do anything
