The Choice We Make, The Choice I Face.

Imprinted in time is the stance I take in history. Whether I choose to stand for morality or move with the people as either a follower or director of its pandemonium, the choice is momentous and irreversibly mine. Although my choice will be forgotten in the endless wake of time and faces, although my action alone is never capable of transforming a heart, although no other living soul will ever know the choice I made, it is a choice that no mortal being may escape. My entire existence surrounds it, nothing is of more imminence, there is no delay and no in-between. Morality knows only black and white even if specific circumstances between individuals appear gray. Time does not stop for me and there is no repeating the past, no one may take my place. I will gray and old in a day and disappear from memory, but the choice I made is not forgot by time or God.
